Every prompt change is scored before it ships, against a fixed standard. Each link has to resolve. Each citation has to trace back to a source. Any claim the knowledge base cannot support fails the gate.

Tools and knowledge

Gitta manages accounts, configures shops, and files and routes tickets. Answers come from Konvert's own knowledge base. When a feature ships, its docs and support knowledge regenerate and the graph reindexes, so the public chatbot knows about it without anyone writing a note.

What a side project is for

Konvert is a personal playground: somewhere to test and develop things freely, with no approval chain and none of the bureaucracy that comes with a corporate environment. Faster iteration is the whole point. A pattern gets proven here before it goes anywhere near a retail production system.
